As a result of the efforts of Dr. Ashutosh Daga and his team members, free career counselling sessions are organized in 1000 senior secondary schools every year and in the last 15 years, 10 lakhs plus students have been motivated to pursue professional courses, talked about the characteristics of good colleges, talked about the areas to investigate before college selection, talked about the government and private sector jobs available after studying in top companies of India and abroad. This work is continuously going on at a rapid pace.
Every year, Dr. Daga helps many students get admission in top colleges in India and abroad by providing job guarantee and financial assistance.
Arrangements are made for skill development of the admitted students, arrangements are made for personality development, inspiring mock interview sessions are conducted, full assistance is provided in final placement.

Dr. Daga has served as an NSS coordinator, an assistant center superintendent for university final examinations and as an academic counselor and assistant coordinator at IGNOU LSC.
Dr. Daga has held managerial positions at world-renowned institutions such as CIPLA, RICHLYNS, MICRO LABS, and PFIZER, and has also been a research associate at IBS Hyderabad.
